Privacy Policy

    Introduction

Welcome to https://www.greenbubble.io We understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business.

This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site ("Visitors") who visit without transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by This APP (collectively, "Services") ("Authorized Customers").

    Personally Identifiable Information

Refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, location and browser.

Personally Identifiable Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.

What Personally Identifiable Information is collected?

We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors. We collect the following additional information from our Authorized Customers: the name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, location and browser of Authorized Customers, the nature and size of the business, and the nature and size of the advertising inventory that the Authorized Customer intends to purchase.

    Google Workspace API Data Usage

This application complies with Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements. We also adhere to the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy and its Limited Use requirements, as well as the Google Photos API Policy.

The application does not use Google Drive as a storage system, backup destination, or content distribution platform. Google Drive files are accessed only when selected by the user and only to perform actions directly related to the user-visible feature. The application does not create, clone, or distribute files in bulk and does not use Drive to bypass storage limits or messaging restrictions.

    Google Workspace API Data Usage

This application integrates with Google Workspace APIs solely to deliver specific, user-initiated features that are visible and configurable within the application interface.

We request only the minimum API scopes required to perform the exact functions explicitly enabled by the user. Permissions are not requested or used for convenience, background processing, analytics, UI preferences, or internal tooling.

    User Consent and Control

Google Workspace data is accessed only after explicit user consent and only when the user initiates a feature that requires such access. Users may revoke Google API access at any time through their Google Account settings. Upon revocation, the application immediately stops accessing Google Workspace data and deletes all related data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

Google Drive and Google Sheets API Usage

Access to Google Drive and Google Sheets APIs occurs only when a user explicitly selects a spreadsheet to connect with the application.

Sheets data is accessed solely to:

    • Read user-selected spreadsheet rows for campaign configuration
    • Write campaign status, timestamps, or results back to the same spreadsheet
    • Update only the spreadsheets explicitly connected by the user

The application does not scan, index, or access files that are not selected by the user. Read-only access is insufficient because writing results back to the same spreadsheet is required to complete the user-requested workflow.

    Drive Usage Restrictions

The application does not use Google Drive as a storage system, backup destination, or content distribution platform. Drive files are accessed only for user-selected files and only to perform actions directly related to visible application features. The application does not create, clone, shard, or distribute files in bulk and does not use Drive to bypass storage limits, messaging restrictions, or abuse controls.

    Google Contacts API Usage

Access to Google Contacts is used only when the user enables contact import or syncing features.

Contacts data is accessed solely to:

    • Import contacts selected by the user
    • Display contact details inside the app for confirmation and use
    • Sync contact updates only when initiated by a user action

The application does not access contacts in the background and does not use contact data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or enrichment.

    Google Calendar API Usage

Access to Google Calendar is used only when a user explicitly chooses to create, update, or manage calendar events through the application.

Calendar data is accessed solely to:

    • Create calendar events initiated by the user
    • Update or delete events created through the application

The application does not read, monitor, or analyze calendars in bulk and does not access events unrelated to the user-initiated action.

    No Background Access

The application does not access Google Workspace data through background processes that are not directly triggered by user interaction.

No Secondary Use of Google Workspace Data

Data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is not used for:

    • Advertising or remarketing
    • Behavioral tracking or profiling
    • Product analytics beyond basic operational logging
    • Background syncing without user action
    • Training or improving generalized AI or machine learning models

    Data Minimization

We do not request or store aggregate, derived, or profile data beyond what is strictly necessary to complete the user-initiated feature.

    Data Storage and Security

Google Workspace data is processed in real time or stored only for the duration required to complete the requested feature. All stored data is protected using industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized systems only.

    Third-Party Disclosure

Data obtained from Google Workspace APIs is not shared with third parties except when required to fulfill a specific user request or to comply with legal obligations. Google Workspace API data is not provided to advertising, analytics, or marketing partners.

    Requested Scopes and Purpose

Access user-selected Google Drive files only to read from and write to spreadsheets explicitly connected by the user. Files are accessed solely to support visible, user-initiated workflows and are not used for storage, backup, or bulk operations.
Read and write Google Sheets data selected by the user to configure campaigns, record execution status, timestamps, and results as part of user-initiated workflows.
Import contacts explicitly selected by the user when the contact import or sync feature is enabled. Contact data is used only within the application interface and only for the user-requested communication workflows.
Create, update, or delete Google Calendar events only when explicitly initiated by the user. The application does not read or monitor calendar data in bulk and does not access events unrelated to the user action.
Access the user's primary Google Account email address solely to identify the authenticated user, associate the Google account with the application account, and support account-related communications. This data is not used for marketing, advertising, or profiling.
Access basic public profile information solely to display the user's name and profile context within the application and to support account identification. This information is not used for analytics, advertising, or enrichment.

    Policy Compliance

Our use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs complies with:

    • Google API Services User Data Policy
    • Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy
