    Note: WhatsApp messaging costs that have been consumed cannot be refunded as these are charges imposed by WhatsApp/Meta.

    Special Circumstances

    Annual Subscriptions

    Annual subscriptions are eligible for refunds within the first 14 days. After this period, you may cancel your subscription, but the refund will be prorated based on unused months, minus any applicable early termination fees.

    Enterprise Plans

    Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have different refund terms as specified in their individual agreements. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager.

    Third-Party Services
